LittleVoice needs your permission before collecting a child’s information. We collect the nickname/profile and family contacts you provide, confirmed voice recordings, device identifiers and message activity to deliver private family voice messages. Recordings may capture background voices. We do not ask for a child’s birth date, email, location or identification. Device interactions may record locally before you confirm sending; an offline recording can stay queued on the box.
Approved adults receive the messages you permit. Household parents and guardians can review both directions; trusted members see their own conversations. Recipients can save copies and nearby people may hear playback. You choose the family circle. Required service providers include Hetzner hosting, Cloudflare networking/storage/email, and Expo with Apple/Google push delivery. Push notices may show the child’s nickname and message duration. Hosting and voice storage are in the United States; provider processing can occur elsewhere. Audio is processed for playback and is not end-to-end encrypted. There is no advertising use, sale, voice cloning or general AI-model training of family recordings.
Free recordings normally expire after 30 days. An explicitly chosen archive trial can extend access; the app shows deadlines. Deletion stops service access and queues file removal; backups have a separate 35-day aging target and failures can delay erasure. Offline boxes and independently saved recipient copies cannot be erased immediately. Read the Recording Policy before choosing an archive option.
You may review, download or delete accessible recordings and request access, correction or deletion of the child’s information by contacting us. You may withdraw authorization in Legal settings without accepting new Terms. Withdrawal stops new child messaging for families you own; it does not automatically delete existing recordings. You can request deletion separately. Essential messaging cannot work without the described processing; optional notifications can be declined.
By signing, I confirm I am an adult parent or legal guardian with authority for each child I enroll in a family I own. I have read this notice and authorize the described collection, use and necessary family/provider sharing for those children. I will enroll only children for whom I have this authority and respect their choices and any custody restrictions. This authorization covers core LittleVoice messaging, not future optional uses or independent marketing. I may withdraw it at any time.
Sign by hand and upload a clear photograph of this complete form through the app. Do not send identification or a child’s photograph. We review the form manually; an email login alone is not approval. Unreviewed submissions expire after 30 days. The active image is erased when reviewed, withdrawn or expired; restricted backups age separately as described above; the account retains a minimal versioned review receipt while needed to establish authorization. No child features are authorized until review succeeds.
